The sanitary diaphragm valve is operated remotely by the driving device or operated manually by the handle, and the driving device has three standards: normally closed type, normally open type and gas pneumatic type. Suitable for chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, water heating, food and drug industries such as water, gas, oil and corrosive media control.
Working principle
May be operated remotely by the actuating device or manually operated by the handle. The sanitary diaphragm valve uses the valve stem to press the rubber film directly on the valve seat to close or close the vacuum system.
Connection mode
Sanitary diaphragm valve adopts connection form with live flange connection, quick release flange connection, welding connection. The welded connections are welded type I connections (i.e., both ends welded), welded type II connections (i.e., one end welded and the other end inserted).
Advantage
The reason of diaphragm design their own special for pure medium or severe pollution, liquids, gases, corrosive or inert medium is very thick. In combination with control equipment, diaphragm valves are more likely to replace other conventional control systems, especially for solid and easily contaminated inert media.
Uses and features
The sanitary valve adopts clamp type, and has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, quick and quick assembly and disassembly, quick switching, flexible operation, small fluid resistance, safe use, etc..
All steel parts are made of acid resistant stainless steel, and the sealing parts are made of food silicone rubber or PTFE. They are in line with food hygiene standards. Widely used in food, wine, beverages, dairy products, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and biological engineering and many other industries.
